refactor: CmdletBinding, Stop-MSTeams, help
Réécriture arrêt des processus, ajout de paramètres en entrée et d'une aide interne Le nom de profil utilisateur peut être entré en argument. Stop-MSTeams recherche les processus de MS Teams classic et New.
