See for example the entry for the variant "vaidika" at https://www.iana.org/assignments/language-subtag-registry/language-subtag-registry.

It has these two "Comments" values:

Comments: The most ancient dialect of Sanskrit used in verse and prose
  composed until about the 4th century B.C.E.
Comments: Preferred tag is vsn

But in https://www.langtag.net/registries/lsr-variant.txt only the first comment is included.

This probably happens because the schema at https://forge.chapril.org/bortzmeyer/Web-LangTag/src/branch/master/registries/ltru.rnc describes "Comments" as a field that can only appear once (because it has no + suffix, I suppose).
