Simplify package bootstrapping

Browse Source 
* Install always the newest packages from the archives.
* Stop using ~quelpa~, but keep it for future use.
* Use ~package-install~ to install ~eglot~.
* Add ~markdown-mode~ and ~rainbow-mode~.
