if I do photo with emembbed cam or import external photo that it saving low quality

How can you check the photo is of lower quality? Did you export it or just opened with the DroidFS image viewer?
The image viewer sometimes downscales the image if it's too large to be displayed as-is. And when importing/exporting files, they should never be modified. Can you confirm that?
