Jakob Unterwurzacher b02812f8b3 test/cli: actually run TestZerokey
As the filename did not end in _test.go, TestZerokey
was not actually run. Fix that.
	renamed:    tests/cli/zerokey.go -> tests/cli/zerokey_test.go
