uninstall [mod]
  restore using `*.backup` and `_backup`
  delete mods in data/ using ~/.config/etw-lmm/PACKS

  list ~/.config/etw-lmm/INSTALLED

add support for c++17 <filesystem> and c++11 if users dont want
permanent status list of mods: basically what the user had chosen for the mod
in installed.csv or something
