refactor: configure LSP in ~/.config/nvim/lua/lsp
...
-> moved from ~/.config/nvim/
.../nvim/lua/lsp/init.lua now has a setup() function
!!! nvim-lspconfig is now lazy-loaded
-> packer checks filetype (see .../nvim/plugins.lua)
