Introduction
This website is not a blog. I have no plan to write articles and organize them in chronological order. However it contains a log.

About the author
I used to be a gearhead so my pseudonym was inspired a long time ago by Tommi Mäkinen, the famous rally driver. My interest in motorsports has been more and more in conflicts over the year with my environmental concerns.
My main interests are cycling, photography and tech / open-source software in general but I may tackle other subjects if I feel the need to.
I am using a pseudonym but I don't pretend to be anonymous. This is a practical choice. I have a real job with an employer. Using pseudonymity allows me to rant on any kind of subject without engaging my employer. I feel that using my real name would not allow me to have the same liberty.
About this website
I will try to maintain the website as frugal as possible, make sure it is accessible as possible and also viewable comfortably with a text-based browser, dillo or netsurf. However I am a lazy m..herf..cker so I may take shortcuts, temporarily or not. If for some reason you find an issue you can talk to me.
