prefsCleaner.bat: add -unattended flag (#1616) 

* prefsCleaner.bat: add -unattended flag

Usage:
  prefsCleaner.bat -unattended

Skips the prompt for user input and proceeds when -unattended is specified. If omitted, default behaviour is unchanged.
