Ajout de restriction des clauses de la licence à un usage personnel afin de soumettre l’usage commercial du Neuvième Âge à une obligation de défense du Neuvième Âge.

Je recommande le rétablissement des clauses originelles de la licence
Creative Common, et la suppression du paragraphe soumettant les usages
commerciaux.

Inclu dans cette licence couvrant tout le travail du Neuvième Âge,
cette obligation ne fait distingue pas :

 + le cas d’une entreprise faisant beaucoup affaire grâce au Neuvième
   Âge ;

 + de celui d’une entreprise dont l’usage commercial du Neuvième Âge
   reste minime.

Ce qui peut empècher les entreprises hésitantes de faire leur premier
pas avec le Neuvième Âge. C’est pourquoi je crains que cette clause ne
fasse obstacle à la diffusion du Neuvième Âge.

CEPENDANT, je suggère la rédaction d’un contrat SUPPLÉMENTAIRE
traitant de L’UTILISATION DE LA MARQUE Ninth Age, reprenant une
obligation similaire.

Ainsi, cette obligation ne concernerait que les entreprises engagées
dans le Neuvième Âge au point d’en afficher sa marque sur leurs
supports de communication (prospectus, site web, vitrine…)
