Tools for OmegaT
This section of the wiki covers the scripts in the omegat-tools folder of the code repositiory, which were originally conceived to help work with files produced or used by OmegaT.
Overview
The scripts described here are tools for OmegaT in the sense that they were originally conceived to automate certain tasks involving files used in OmegaT translation projects. In that respect, this rewrite is only more generally applicable in the sense that hardcoded path or other information has been replaced with the use of a configuration file.
These tools are still lacking in user-friendliness, and currently assume a certain level of interest in coding on the part of the user, and sufficient familiarity with text editors and computers to edit a configuration file and run a Python script on their own system.
